Ilina is a graduate of Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University, Doctor of Biological Sciences, corresponding member of the RAS, author of more than 150 articles in the field of molecular medicine, Hirshi index - 28. E.N. Ilyina is a member of the ESCMID, is an expert of the RAS, is a member of the Expert Council of the RSF for Medicine Section 05.
E.N. Ilina's scientific activity is based on the research of molecular mechanisms of human infectious and inflammatory diseases. A large part of her work is devoted to the development and implementation of mass spectrometric methods for clinical microbiology practice and to assess the natural variability of bacteria. Studies on metagenomic analysis and correction of human intestinal microflora in various physiological and pathological conditions continue the topic of mutual influence of the host organism and microorganisms inhabiting it.
Today, under the leadership of E.N. Ilina, projects on the pathogenesis of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 from the microbial biotope of the respiratory and gastrointestinal tract and modeling the development of the infectious process in the population are being carried out.

Josefina Campos served as the Director of the National Genomics and Bioinformatics Center at ANLIS Malbrán, Ministry of Health in Argentina. In this capacity, she worked on a national level to integrate genomics into the surveillance system for both infectious and non-communicable diseases, utilizing a One Health approach. She also took on the responsibility of coordinating national and international projects focused on integrated surveillance to better understand the dynamics and evolution of diseases with significant public health implications. She played a key role in establishing the National Genomics Network in Argentina. On a regional scale, Josefina provided guidance and expertise in genomics through her involvement with networks such as PulseNet LAC, Genome Trakr, and Relavra. At the global level, she contributed her insights to the PH4GE initiative within the Data Structure working group. Furthermore, Josefina has an extensive publication record, with numerous articles in highly respected scientific journals that highlight the utility of genomics in public health. Additionally, she has taken the lead in organizing numerous genomics courses in Argentina and the Latin American region. In her latest role, Josefina Campos has brought her expertise to the WHO Pandemic Hub, where she serves as a Senior Technical Advisor for the International Pathogen Surveillance Network (IPSN).

Vladimir V. Kutyrev was born on 30 August 1952. In 1975 he graduated with honours from the Saratov State Medical University, Faculty of General Medicine; in 1978 he graduated from the employee sponsored graduate programme in Microbiology at the Russian Anti-Plague Research Institute Microbe.
He holds a Candidate of Medicine degree (1979) and a Doctor of Medical Science degree (1992); he is a full professor in Microbiology (2001).
In 1997 V. Kutyrev was appointed Director of the Russian Anti-plague Research Institute Microbe.
V. Kutyrev is an Associate Fellow of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (2005).
He is an Academician at the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (2011) and an Academician at the Russian Academy of Sciences (2014).
His key areas of scientific focus include: studies of molecular genetic organization of genes that code the synthesis of pathogenic factors, molecular genetic mechanisms that ensure pathogenic characteristics in microorganisms, molecular foundations of interaction between pathogenic bacteria and the hosts’ and carriers’ bodies, and creation of up-to-date means and methods for diagnosis of dangerous infectious diseases based on molecular microbiology achievements. V. Kutyrev made a significant contribution to the three-tiered system of molecular monitoring of causative agents of dangerous infections aimed at improving the epidemiological surveillance of emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases, as well as ensuring the readiness of specialized medical epidemiological organizations to counteract bio-terrorist threats.
Under the leadership of V. Kutyrev a mobile Sanitary and Anti-Epidemic Squad (SAES) lab unit was developed and built. These variously specialized lab units are based on a chassis cab that allows conducting autonomously the entire range of research required to assess the epidemiological and sanitary-hygiene situation in an emergency zone. V. Kutyrev is the originator of the present-day strategy for using SAES for emergency response in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic population wellbeing, which allows varying the SAES staff and logistical support depending on the type of emergency.
He is the author and co-author of over 700 academic works, including 27 monographs and manuals and 64 patents for inventions and utility models.
V. Kutyrev is the Chairman of Coordinating Science Council for Sanitary and Epidemiological Defence of the Russian Federation. He has been heading the Coordinating Council for Problems of Sanitary Protection of the Commonwealth of Independent States for Introduction and Spread of Especially Dangerous Infectious Diseases.
He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Problems of Particularly Dangerous Infections journal; member of the Editorial Board of Problems of Virology, Public Health and Environment, and Health Risk Analysis journals; and editorial board member of Journal of Microbiology Epidemiology and Immunobiology and Saratov Medical Journal.

Since 2017 director of Martsinovsky Institute of Medical Parasitology, Tropical and Vector-Borne diseases of First Moscow State Medical University (Sechenov University). Authored more than 100 papers, published mainly in the leading international journals, and is one of the most cited medical researchers in Russia.

Areg A.Totolian was born on 27 December 1958 in Yerevan (Armenia), and moved to Leningrad (Saint-Petersburg) in 1964.
In 1975 he entered the First Pavlov Medical Institute of Leningrad (The First Pavlov State Medical University of St. Petersburg /PSPbGMU) where he worked until 2008. He was trained and acquired his professional experience in the fields of internal diseases, pulmonology and general and clinical laboratory immunology.
In 1986 А. Totolian organized a Clinical Immunology Laboratory run by him until 2000; by authorization of the Ministry of Public Health of the Russian Federation, organized, at the premises of the PSPbGMU, a Research Guidance Centre of the Ministry of Public Health of the Russian Federation for Molecular Medicine (headed by him until 2008).
In 1987 he passed Ph.D. defence on pulmonology and immunology; in 1997 - earned his doctorate in immunology (concerned with the development of approaches and methodology of laboratory immunological diagnosis for diseases at the base of the achievements of fundamental immunology, immunochemical and molecular technologies).
From 1993 to 1995 he received training in infectious immunology at Istituto Superiore di Sanita (Rome, Italy).
For the first time in Russia, under the supervision of A. Totolian, 12 specialized immune programs were developed and since 2002 put into practice of the Federal System for External Quality Assessment of Clinical Laboratory Tests.
Under his direction 27 PhD theses and two doctorate theses were defended dealing with the strategy and methods of laboratory immune diagnosis; He is the author and a co-author of more than 440 research papers and 13 patents.
Since 2008, А. Totolian have been the Deputy Director for Research, the Director of the Laboratory of Molecular Immunology and Seroepidemiology (since 2016 - Laboratory of Molecular Immunology); since 2015 - the Director and interim of the Saint-Petersburg Pasteur Institute.
His main research activities are combined with teaching in PSPbGMU, here since 2013, he has directed the curriculum of clinical immunology and since 2015 has headed the Department of Immunology.

A. Totolian participated in the establishment of the Department of the Russian Association of Allergologists and Clinical Immunologists in St. Petersburg, initiated and organized the annual (since 1997) All-Russia scientific forum with international participation Days of immunology in St.-Petersburg, and the annual (since 2010) All-Russian scientific school on Clinical Immunology Immunology for physicians in Pushkinskiye Gory (Pskov region).
In accordance with the decision of the Committee on Science and Higher Education of the Government of Saint Petersburg, the team led by A. Totolian was officially registered in 2013 as a scientific school in the field of Medical Immunology and Clinical Laboratory Diagnosis, and included in the Register of the Leading Scientific and Pedagogical Schools of St. Petersburg.
In 2013 А. Totolian received the gold medal from the Russian Scientific Society for Immunology for phenomenal achievements in the field of immunology.

A) Deputy Minister of Health of Serbia (since January 2021) I lead the public health sector of the Ministry of Health of Serbia in the position of Deputy Minister of Health. I am responsible for the development and implementation of public health policies and strategies in Serbia. This includes epidemiology, surveillance, infection prevention and control, vaccine preventable diseases, early detection of public health events, emergency preparedness and response, communicable and non-communicable diseases, health system management, digital health, primary care and inpatient care, etc. My team is also responsible for collecting and analyzing data collected by the National Institute of Public Health, from the local/community level to the central level, as well as transmitting data to the Office of the Minister of Health and In my sector, I work with the team on accreditation of training programs for relevant specialists, including epidemiology and public health in general. I coordinate the collection and provision of relevant information to the International Department of the Ministry of Health, thus my sector directly contributes to international cooperation. In the field of emergency response, my sector represents the Ministry of Health in the interdepartmental government structure for emergency response. B) 2019-2021 Ministry of Health, Head of the Substance Control Unit Responsible for developing a policy on the control of psychoactive substances. In this capacity, I collaborated with various international organizations and drug monitoring mechanisms, including WHO and UNODC. In addition to international partners, I also worked closely with national and local partners, including civil society organizations. I used my experience in the field of epidemiology to create a national monitoring system, which included the collection and analysis of interrelated data and their further use in targeted prevention and harm reduction activities. Coordinated the development of relevant provisions and regulatory acts in this area. C) 2016-2019. Gennady T. Sukhikh was born on 4 May 1947 in Orenburg, Russia. In 1971, he graduated from the Orenburg State Medical Institute with honors. In 1974, he defended his PhD thesis “Individual differences and regularity of anatomic structure of extramedullar spinal veins”.
From 1981 to 1986, G. Sukhikh worked as a Senior Researcher in the Research Institute for Pathology and Physiopathology of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences. In 1985, he defended his doctoral thesis “Mechanisms of stress related disorders of natural resistant cells and approaches to their correction”.
From 1986 to 2007, he was the head of the Laboratory of Clinical Immunology of the Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology. In 1993 he was awarded the title of Professor, in 1997 he was elected as a Correspondent Member of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, and in 2005 – Academician of Russian Academy of Sciences.
Since 2007 Professor Sukhikh holds the position of the Director of the National Medical Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology named after Academician V.I. Kulakov of the Ministry of Healthcare of Russia – the leading institution in the Russian Federation, carrying out extensive research, clinical, educational and coordinating work, and the headquarters of the Russian Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and of the major national Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Research interests of academician Sukhikh cover a wide range of the priority trends of the modern reproductive medicine and biology. He is one of the first scientists in Russia, who started studying the possibilities of application of stem cells for therapeutic purposes. In recent years, the interests of academician Sukhikh cover a wide range of problems on organization of healthcare and medical science, perinatal medicine, reproductology, and molecular biology.
Gennady Sukhikh is the author of more than 900 scientific papers, 15 monographs; he possesses 19 patents. In 2008 in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation, Gennady Sukhikh was awarded the honorary title “Honored Master of Science of the Russian Federation”.

Olga Tkacheva graduated with honours from S.M. Kirov Gorky State Medical Institute majoring in General Medicine and the therapy internship in S.M. Kirov Gorky State Medical Institute. In 1993, Olga Tkacheva was awarded the scientific degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences, in 1999 – Doctor of Medical Sciences. In 2006, she earned the title of professor. Ms Tkacheva has 32 years of clinical work experience and 28 years of teaching under her belt.
From 2013 to 2018 – Senior Geriatrician of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation. From 2015 – present – contracted Chief Geriatrician of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation and Director of Russian Clinical Research Centre for Gerontology. She is the author of more than 300 scientific publications, 11 monographs, national guidelines, has one certificate and three patents for inventions.
She headed the working groups and was a member of expert committees on the preparation of national guidelines ‘Diagnosis and treatment of hypertension’, the recommendations on diagnosis and treatment of hypertension in pregnant women, national guidelines on diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases during pregnancy, guidelines on general risk reduction of disease and complications in women, practical guidelines on the use of hormone replacement therapy in peri- and postmenopausal women, national guidelines ‘Prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases’, guidelines for physicians ‘Basic Principles of the prevention and treatment of thrombosis in tables and charts’, guidelines ‘Follow-up monitoring of patients with chronic non-communicable diseases and high-risk patients’.
Olga Tkacheva’s scientific research focused on the mechanisms and patterns of the heart and blood vessels ageing and their correlation with cellular replicative ageing, the issues of the age-related metabolic disorders, prevention and treatment of age-related diseases and geriatric syndromes.

Simon Matskeplishvili, MD, PhD, FESC, FACC, is a Professor of Cardiology and a Chief Scientific and Clinical Researcher at the Bakoulev Scientific Center for Cardiovascular Surgery in Moscow and an adjunct professor of life sciences at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
He also serves as a member of the Education, Certification and Accreditation, European Communities Committees of the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging.
He graduated with honors from the Moscow Medical Academy in 1994 and had his postgraduate training and fellowship in cardiology at the Clinico-Diagnostic Department of the Bakoulev Center.
In 1997-1998 he received a degree of the International Master in Cardiology from the Institute of Clinical Physiology of the National Research Council of Italy in Pisa.
Simon Matskeplishvili is a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology and a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He has received numerous honours and awards, both in Russia and internationally, including the European Cardiology award in 2001. He is a founder and a Chairman of the echocardiography section of the Russian society of cardiology. In 2007 he became a full professor of cardiology.
For the development of new non-invasive method of intracardiac blood flow evaluation in 2012 he was awarded a State Prize of the Government of Russian Federation in science and technology.
In 2013 he was a captain of the Russian team to win an ESC Cardiology Quiz “Primus inter pares” at the European Congress of Cardiology in Amsterdam.
In 2012 Professor Simon Matskeplishvili had organized and implemented the Educational Program for cardiologists and internal medicine physicians in Moscow. He also conducts an English-language elective course “Amazing Cardiology” in cardiology, cardiac surgery and cardiovascular imaging at the Faculty of Medicine of the Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Doctor of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor Filip Yuryevich Kopylov is a doctor of the highest category, a member of the Russian Society of Cardiologists, an excellent clinician who possesses deep fundamental knowledge and professional skills, a prominent scientist and educator known in Russia and abroad. Filip Yuryevich Kopylov performs a large volume of therapeutic and diagnostic activities, systematically consulting the most severe patients both from Moscow and from different regions of Russia. Over the years of his fruitful medical career, Philip Yuryevich has gained authority not only in our country but also abroad. All his activities have always consisted of a combination of teaching cardiology and simultaneously practical work as a cardiologist. Philip Yuryevich is an excellent lecturer and educator with high authority among students and doctors. He uses his rich experience to develop new teaching methods aimed at developing clinical thinking in students, increasing their responsibility for their studies, and fostering the moral foundations of the medical profession. This allowed him to become a leader in the teaching of cardiology and a scientist inextricably linked with medical practice. Currently, Philipp Yuryevich is the director of the Institute of Personalized Cardiology at the Center for Digital Biodesign and Personalized Healthcare. Within the framework of the institute's work, programs are being implemented aimed at improving algorithms for providing cardiac medical care, increasing the accessibility of outpatient monitoring, through the introduction of telemedicine technologies. Being one of the leading specialists in the Russian Federation in the field of electronic healthcare, Philipp Yuryevich is a member of the working group of the European Society of Cardiologists on Electronic Cardiology, and in 2018, he was co-chair of the 5th European Congress on Electronic Cardiology and Electronic Healthcare. I am a member of the Interdepartmental Council on the priority direction of the strategy for the scientific and technological development of Russia and the Expert Group of the National Project "Healthcare". Philip Yuryevich Kopylov has published more than 196 scientific works, including 6 books, 5 textbooks, 14 patent inventions. The publications of Philip Yuryevich are primarily of scientific and practical significance. He performs important scientific and educational work as a member of the editorial board of the journals "Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgery," "Archive of Obstetrics and Gynecology named after V.F. New functional subtypes of regulatory T-lymphocytes have been studied, and their biology has been investigated. The crucial role of oligoclonal IgG1 antibody variants expressed in the context of the tumor microenvironment in antitumor immunity in melanoma has been demonstrated. Together with the Dmitry Rogachev Center, the dynamics of T-cell immunity restoration in haploidentic allogeneic transplantation of T-depleted blood cells have been studied. Consensus variants of T-cell receptors characteristic of Bechterew's disease have been discovered – potential targets for the therapy of autoimmune disease. Together with the company Biocad, a therapeutic antibody for the treatment of Bechterew's disease and HLA-B27-associated psoriatic arthritis has been obtained, the first preclinical studies have been successfully conducted, and phase 1 clinical trials are planned. The team has published more than 120 scientific papers, including in leading global journals such as Nature, Nature Medicine, Nature Immunology, Nature Biotechnology, Nature Methods, Immunity, Leukemia, Physiological Reviews, and others.

Zhuravlev Oleg Nikolaevich, founder, owner, and General Director of LLC "VORMHOLS Implementation". The ability to control the operation of all well units allows for timely implementation of necessary measures to increase the efficiency of well construction, reduce capital and operational costs, and reduce environmental risks. Alexei Ossadtchi is a leading Russian scientist in the field of Neuroimaging. He is currently a Professor and Director of the Center for Bioelectric Interfaces at the National Research University Higher School of Economics. Dr. Ossadtchi holds a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California (2003), where he developed approaches for automatic identification of epileptogenic regions in multi-focal epilepsy. These methods are being applied to non-invasively collected magnetoencephalographic (MEG) data for improved diagnostic accuracy of patients with epilepsy. Dr. Ossadtchi continued this research in Russia and developed efficient solutions to the interpretation of MEG and electroencephalography (EEG) based neuroimaging in the clinical context. His recent developments include algorithmic techniques for solving the EEG and MEG inverse problem on the group level, novel robust analytical solutions improving the spatial resolution of MEG based neuroimaging, and providing access to the detection of functional coupling of neuronal sources. He is also the key inventor of BASEX, a now classical Abel-transform method widely used for solving the inverse problem in photo-ion and photo-electron imaging. Dr. Ossadtchi authored more than thirty publications in high-impact international journals specialized in methods for functional neuroimaging and their real-time applications, such as BCIs and neurofeedback. In addition to academic background, Dr. Ossadtchi has extensive business experience. He was a Senior Scientist for twelve years at Source Signal Imaging Inc., San Diego, CA, where he developed the EMSE Software Suite, a versatile data analysis tool for multimodal neuroimaging.

Olga Sergeevna Kobyakova was born in Tomsk in 1974. She graduated from Siberian State Medical University with a degree in therapeutics, followed by postgraduate and doctoral studies. In 1995 Kirill Kaem set up a network of regional outlets for the Swedish company Oriflame in the Volga Region, which helped it become one of the region's biggest tax-payers. After Varta's merger with the American group Spectrum Brands, he spent eight years in overall charge of the company's operations in Russia. Professor Shlyakhto was born on June 29, 1954 in Pogar, the Bryansk region. He graduated from the Pavlov Medical University in Saint Petersburg in 1977 and became Doctor of Science in Medicine in 1992, Professor in 1994, Honored Russian Scientist in 2004, and Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences in 2014.
Evgeny Shlyakhto has been the Director General of the Almazov National Medical Research Centre since 2001 and the President of the Russian Society of Cardiology since 2011. In 2010, he became a member of the WHO Expert Working Group.

One of the main areas of Belousov's research is thermogenetics: controlling the activity of neurons and other cells by means of temperature-sensitive ion channels. Thermogenetic technologies are being developed to activate the brain, heart and pancreas. Another area of research is metabolic engineering - creation of artificial metabolic pathways in cells.
